I personally find that lightly seasoning the cooked seafood with Cajun seasoning before mixing helps balance the flavors beautifully. For the pasta, I recommend using rotini or penne as they hold the dressing well and mix nicely with the other ingredients. Adding some fresh veggies such as bell peppers, celery, or red onions also brings a refreshing crunch and color contrast.
