・ Vermicelli 20g

[Chicken dumplings]

150g minced chicken

・ Tofu 75g

・ Green onion 15 cm

A. Mayonnaise tablespoon 1

A. 1 teaspoon of chicken stock

A. Salt and pepper

A. Ginger tube 2cm

A. 2 tsp potato starch

[Soup]

・ 550 ml of water

B. Chicken cutlet tablespoon 1

B. Soy sauce tablespoon 1

B. Mirin tablespoon 1

B. A little salt

・ Sesame oil

・ Coarsely ground pepper

How to make

[Preparation] Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper, put it in a heat-resistant container, and heat it in a 600w microwave oven for 2 minutes.

① Cut the Chinese cabbage into 2 cm wide pieces. Finely chop the green onions.

② [Chicken dumplings] Add chicken, green onion, tofu and A to a bowl and mix well until sticky.

③ Mix water and B in a pot, add Chinese cabbage and heat over medium heat.

④ When it boils, roll the chicken dumplings in ② into bite-sized pieces and add them. It is convenient to use a spoon.
