15 week challenge

My birthday is in 17 weeks but the weeks prior to it is the rest time I’ll take to be fully with my daughter before she starts the 4th grade as well as the week of school which also happens to be her birthday …

I have been struggling with my weight and habits for awhile now and only just started getting back into the swing of things. I’ve lost 10 pounds in just under 2 months and I want to continue losing and getting to my goal of 165… this is 10 pounds more than before I had my kiddo almost 9 years ago.

I have my rules to follow that I made for myself…

I’m doing a 15 week workout plan that is on YouTube plus 28 day walk Pilates PLUS a short walk daily. The 15 week plan will be a Monday through Friday split but the wall Pilates will be every day and the walk is hopefully every day it doesn’t rain.

I already need to buy more salad but I’m planning on having salad for lunch 3-4 times a week. I have already cut out sugar… I don’t do energy drinks… rarely if at all… I’ve switched to drinking mostly tea as well…

I have a lot to say but it’s Easter Sunday night and we are almost home and I’m exhausted but still have to prep for tomorrow morning so that Hubby and Kiddo have their morning starting smoothly.

My “75 hard” starts when I wake up. Wish me luck! I’m going to attempt to post daily. Questions and comments welcome!
