📆 Day 4 of 90

🧠 Focus: Active Rest Day… this does not mean sit on your butt this means try and be active for at least the time of one round (~8 minutes). Do anything! Walk around the block, clean a room, do your daily chores, do anything for at least 8-10 minutes. Dance! Dance parties are a go to for me. Put on YouTube or Spotify and listen to 2-4 of your favorite songs and just move around! Doing something is better than nothing! If all you get is a 5 minute walk from your mailbox to you home and back again… that counts! Clean out your car… that counts!
