Yesterday was not my best day but I still got my warmup and workout done. I have a busy weekend but still going to get my workout in before the next cycle starts.
I will post cycle 3 day 1-10 for you all Sunday night or Monday morning! I’ve changed my plan slightly. Same workout split but I’ve decided to add a 1 minute warmup and a 5 minute cool down. I’m also going to push myself to get more cardio in so I’ll be taking a walk around the pond across from my neighborhood. One lap typically lasts 15-20 minutes. My goal is to eventually do 3 laps every morning after dropping off my daughter at her new school.
If you are interested in more of what I’m adding to Cycle 3 for myself, I will be posting the first day. It includes the warm up, cool down, workout, finisher, journal prompts before and after my workout, as well as my extra addition that I plan on adding… which if it doesn’t fit in the time I have between drop off and pickup, then I plan on adding it to cycle 4.
