Cycle 5 Day 11 (Workout Day 9/10)

Controlled movements! It’s a repeat phrase but one that is very important as well as “fix your form”.
Today is core and glutes which means it’s another day BEFORE the active rest day! Today is day 9/10 workout of the cycle. Tomorrow is the last active rest day before a total body strength day followed by a full rest day!
We are also at the end of the cycle which means I will have twice as many journal prompts!
We will repeating the workout rotation for the rest of the challenge! I will still be doing a day by day for you with journal prompts (that may or may not be slightly different considering we start the last cycle of the challenge before the 7 day huddle).
