✨🍋 what I eat in a day: dinner, edition.

my hyper fixated Food right now is going to be Ramen w/ shredded Japanese style baked chicken, topped with fresh white onion slices and jalapeño .

It’s really the jalapeño I’m hyper fixated on . My husband said it’s possibly not a fixation, but something I need for my health at this time. Jalapeños are known to help with pulmonary health, known as a type of anti inflammatory, and for clearing sinuses.

I just know that I’ve been able to eat this for about the last three days and I’ll probably be able to eat it for about two more. I’m already starting to feel the switch from this to morning avocado and turkey wraps with cucumber..
