● Rice 480 g

1 slice of salmon (about 80g)

● Edamame (peeled) 40g

10 g salted kelp

● White sesame tablespoon 1

How to make

① Bake and loosen the salmon.

② Mix salmon, edamame, salted kelp and white sesame seeds in warm rice.

③ Molding with rice ball maker

④ Wrap in plastic wrap and complete

 

【 Komatsuna and Nameko miso soup 🥬 】

Material

* Komatsuna 1 / 2 bunch (about 100g)

* 1 / 2 bag of nameko (about 50g)

* 400 ml of water

* Japanese-style soup stock (granules) 1 tsp

* Miso tablespoon 1.5 ~ 2

How to make

① Cut the komatsuna into 3-4 cm wide pieces.

② Wash nameko lightly (some products are OK without washing).

③ Put 400ml of water and dashi stock in a pot and bring to a boil.

④ Put the stems of Komatsuna → leaves → nameko in this order, 2-3 minutes

⑤ Turn off the heat and melt the miso

⑥ Put it in the ice maker and put it in the freezer
