My favorite recipe for overnight oats
🍓Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats🍓
𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐯𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐞!
𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐞: per mason jar that I used
•1/4 cup Old fashion oats (I use 100% whole grain)
•1/4 cup milk of your choice (I use unsweetened vanilla Almondmilk)
•1/2 tsp chia seeds (I love the whole trilogy blend with chia, flax and hemp seeds so that’s what I used)
•5 oz container of zero sugar chobani strawberry cheesecake Greek yogurt divided in half (1/4 cup in each jar)
•1/2 tbs of light cream cheese (I had whipped triple berry on hand so that’s what I used in mine)
•1/2 tsp of honey or maple syrup (whichever you prefer, I have ChocZero’s Keto Honey so that is what I used to help make this a more sugar free option for me)
•2 strawberries 🍓 chopped up and then divided into each jar evenly.
•I topped mine with a homemade strawberry jam that I made last week that just took this recipe to another level🤤
*I usually take one graham cracker and smash it up and sprinkle it in and mix that in as well to make it that much more a cheesecake flavor, but I didn’t have any on hand.*
