Breakfast is kinda my forte if u couldn’t tell… it’s also the most important meal of the day!! Ik some say they feel too “sick” in the morning to eat, but breakfast is vital for hormone health, your metabolism, stable energy, mental clarity, and your overall potential, so it’s something you should train your body to handle (even if it’s just something light). I always try to include a good amount of protein and healthy fats/Omega 3’s in the morning. Make sure to fuel your body accordingly today! 💗☀️🌸💐
