Gooey Chocolate Chip Brownies

Just made these gooey fudgy brownies and omg they are a hit!!! Definitely adding these to the books to make it another time!!

Ingredients:

* 1 cup salted butter (2 sticks)

* 1 cup chocolate chips (for melting)

* 1 ½ cups sugar

* ½ cup brown sugar

* 3 eggs

* 1 tbsp vanilla

* 1 cup flour

* ½ cup cocoa powder

* ½–1 cup chocolate chips (for folding in)

Instructions:

1. Melt butter + 1 cup chocolate chips together until smooth

2. Stir in sugar + brown sugar while warm

3. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla

4. In a separate bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder

5. Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture (don’t overmix)

6. Add remaining chocolate chips

7. Pour into greased pan

Bake:

350°F

* 8x8 pan: 30–35 mins (thick + gooey)

* 9x13 pan: 25–30 mins

Tip:

Take them out when the center is slightly soft—they’ll set as they cool 😉

These came out SO rich and chocolatey…just think of fudge!! lol. Make these for mom! She’ll love it!!
