Used to weigh up because "sleep late + eat late" until the peak in life
From 65 to 46 in 2 years (no fasting, no yo-yo)
This isn't just about losing weight, it's really about "changing our lives."
Before, I was a person who slept very late.
Eat cake, sweets, ice cream often, eat late meals, work hard, have super little rest.
And the result is...
Weight rises to the peak of life (65 kg), 156 cm high.
I didn't feel like we ate a lot. 😂
But that "lifestyle" phase, it really took away. 🤤🍰
Now, the turning point is not diet.
But it starts with us having more time to ourselves, more love ourselves, because of fear of disease.
We start getting enough sleep, we start resting, and we slowly adjust our self-pressure eating.
What we do is focus on eating more protein, eating more with rice than eating, but not lacking carbs. If it's guava, we'll eat steak, and cook ourselves. Cook as little as possible. Don't eat spicy, don't starve. Choose to eat, but not too taut. Eat some desserts, but not often.
If we eat protein until then, we don't want to eat anything.
😢 seems easy, right? But it takes a lot of patience to get there now.
⭐ spend our free time with things we like, like,
- A lot of climbing and climbing. After this job, I have to go to climb a simulated cliff. During this period, I have to stop. My muscles are getting bigger than my girlfriend. 😂
- We like hiking.
- Spot exercise 10-15 minutes
It's not really about forcing yourself to exercise, it's about making life more fun.
And then the weight gradually went down, it took two years, but never a yo-yo.
And feel better about yourself than ever.
It's encouraging for everyone who is losing weight.
