For those who prefer to write by hand rather than by pit.
Like touching a pen rather than a keyboard, and writing by hand is more beneficial to us than we think. It's not going to be writing a book or learning on a tablet. Just having your hands move along the book is considered brain management.
Benefits of writing or drawing by hand

Although printing currently saves a lot of time, not having to find a pen, a book, a pencil, but sometimes slowing down our lives, we can see the side of the road that benefits us.
