Good tasting yogurt can be hard to find, these are my top high protein yogurts.
When I'm looking for high protein but good flavor I reach for Chobani.
Chobani packs their greek yogurt with 12-13g of protein per serving, 9-11g of added sugars. Pricing is $1.27 for a single serve container and $5.97 for a tub.
When I'm looking for dessert-like yogurt I go for the Light and Fit yogurt, there's 2g of added sugar and 12g of protein, win win. Light and Fit yogurts are $1.22 for a single serve container and $3.98 for a 4 pack. This is a yogurt you have to try if you are looking for minimal added sugar and high protein.
Oikos is great for the highest protein intake and the consistency is great also. Theres 20g of protein packed in each serving and 0g of added sugar, INSANE! If I didn’t read the nutrition value I would not have believed there’s no added sugar.
To up my nutrition intake I loooove adding fun toppings like berries, bananas, peanut butter, honey or oats.
