Ground Chicken Parmesan

It has all the cheesy, saucy flavors of classic chicken parmesan, but it’s made with ground chicken so it comes together so much faster. The toasted seasoned breadcrumbs on top take it to the next level. ✨

Quick Recipe:
Ingredients
• 2 lbs ground chicken
• 1 small onion, diced
• 4 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1 jar marinara sauce (I used Rao’s)
• 1 cup grated parmesan
• 1½-2 cups shredded mozzarella
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp oregano
• Salt to taste
For the topping
• 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
• 1 tbsp butter
• Garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and salt
Directions
1. Toast the panko in butter with seasonings until golden brown. Set aside.
2. Sauté onion and garlic.
3. Add ground chicken and seasonings. Cook until browned.
4. Stir in marinara sauce and parmesan. Simmer about 10 minutes.
5. Top with mozzarella and let melt.
6. Sprinkle with toasted breadcrumbs and serve over your favorite pasta.
