Parmesan Roasted Broccoli for Thanksgiving!

This easy Parmesan roasted broccoli Thanksgiving side dish can be put together while the turkey is cooling! Super quick to make and full of flavor!

- 4-6 cups broccoli florets

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tsp kosher salt

- 3/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

- 1 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese, separated with more to sprinkle after roasting

- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

2. Slice the broccoli into florets. Drizzle with olive oil and add the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Toss to combine and spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Add 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese on top.
