Caramel stuffed pumpkin cookies

You’ll need:

1 box of Yellow Cake Mix⁠

½ cup of pumpkin puree⁠

⅓ cup of oil⁠

2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice⁠

2 cups chopped pecans⁠

Caramel candies⁠

⁠

To Make:⁠

1. Preheat oven to 350° F and mix together the cake mix, pumpkin puree, oil and spices until combined.⁠

⁠

2. Take ⅓ cup of dough and stuff with a caramel candy. Roll the cookie dough ball in chopped pecans.⁠

3. Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes. Let the cookies cool completely. Serve and enjoy!
