“I hate my job” meal prep for low energy weeks
We all have our days when we just don’t want to do anything at all. But we won’t buy a microwaveable ramen bowl, so here are some low energy meal ideas for people who “hate their job”
What I like about these meals is that they take under 20 minutes to make, not taking time from your day, or most importantly, energy. They’re also low budget and low ingredient. The best part is that they taste great and keep you full.
My favorite meal from these is the soy sauce noodles because it takes such little time to make and I’m definitely biased to it. Every time my energy is super drained out, I run straight to this meal.
