Intense braised meat eaten with noodles (2 places)
Raw materials 🫕
• Otherine beef (sirloin) 350-400 grams
• 2 small / large egg noodles (or fresh yellow noodles)
• 1 head of potatoes (big dice)
• 3 fragrant mushrooms (cut in half)
• 1 celery (slice)
• Fresh ginger sliced 2-3 glasses
• ½ large head
• 2 pineapples
• 2-3 coriander plants (including roots)
• Dry vermicelli (slightly, add texture, do not wear)

• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• ½ tablespoon sweet black soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon of pickled sugar
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 800 ml of broth or water (about 3 cups)
• ½ bag meat stew
• ½ teaspoon granulated black pepper (pounded enough to crack, added aroma)
🫶🏻 how to do 🫶🏻
1.Simmer broth
• Put the broth into the pot. Boil with the meat casserole + onion + ginger + coriander root until boiling.
2. Seasoning and adding meat
• Add soy sauce + sweet black soy sauce + pickled sugar + salt
• Bring the beef to stew in the broth. Cover the soft fire simmer for 1.5-2 hours (or until the meat is tender).
3. Put vegetables and mushrooms
• Add celery, fragrant mushrooms, potatoes and pineapples. Simmer for another 20-30 minutes.
• If you like dark taste, add a little more soy sauce.
4. Serve with noodles
• Scalding the noodles in boiling water. Once the ripe lines are slippery, then shock the cold water once (non-messy).
• Scoop the noodles in a bowl, topped with braised beef broth.
• Slice braised meat thick enough words. Place on the line. Sprinkle with fresh coriander.
Serve.
• Served with pickled peppers, orange juice, cayenne pepper, or fragrant jiao garlic.
• If you like mellow oily, it is recommended to leave a little meat oil on the soup. It will match the noodles a lot.
