Cookie Dough Balls 🍪

If you're looking for a guilt-free treat that tastes amazing and is simple to make, these cookie dough balls are a fantastic choice. From my personal experience, using ripe banana not only adds natural sweetness but also helps bind the ingredients without needing eggs or additional fat. The combination of almond flour and oat flour provides a great texture and nutritional boost, packing fiber and protein into every bite. When mixing, I like to chill the dough in the refrigerator just as this recipe suggests; it makes shaping the balls much easier and prevents sticking. Coconut oil is a handy addition for your hands if the dough feels too sticky. For an extra indulgent twist, drizzling the cookie dough balls with melted chocolate and sprinkling chopped almonds on top gives them a satisfying crunch and a rich flavor profile that children and adults alike love. A subtle sprinkle of salt enhances all the sweetness and rounds out the taste. This recipe requires no baking, which saves time and makes it safe to enjoy raw dough, a treat kids often long for. Maple syrup is a great alternative to refined sugar, contributing antioxidants and a delicious maple flavor. In my kitchen, I often prepare a batch to have on hand as a quick snack during busy days. They stay fresh in the fridge for several days, making them convenient to grab and go. Plus, involving kids in the preparation is fun and encourages them to enjoy healthier homemade snacks.
