Egg Man: Hammered the egg into a bowl, whipped enough to break, set a pan, turn on a soft light, apply a thin layer of oil or butter, pour the egg into it, use a willow or chopsticks. As soon as the egg starts to form a soft lump (still juicy), scoop it up immediately, do not wait until dry.

2. Prepare vegetables

Wash the salad vegetables, cucumbers, carrots.

Slice cucumbers, carrots, and avocados into long sticks that fit the wrap.

3.Wrap step (as in image image .png)

Take the hammock patch and dip it in the clean water, gently shake it off (just dip it wet, no need to soak it, the dough will be too soft when wrapped), and place it on a plate or chopping board.

1 Place the salad on one side, and let the end of the leaf emerge from the edge of the dough (as in the picture).
