Simple habits add up over time.

Prepping food, cutting up veggies and fruit save me time in the long run during the week.

Instead of panicking because I have to do it when the kids are yelling and screaming, it’s done ahead of time.

Now, to be honest, there are days where I do fail, but 99% of the time, the fruit is prepped.
