3.5 years I decided to purge my life. I did it all wrong at first, but the deeper I got into my journey, the more I realized my life was changing.

1. More isn’t always better. A bigger home or new car won’t bring happiness if we’re not content within. Focus on what truly adds value to your life.

2. Quality over quantity matters. Fewer, meaningful possessions bring more joy than a bunch of stuff. Invest in what sparks joy and serves a purpose. This has been huge for us

3. Decluttering saved me money! Less shopping, less waste, and more savings. Now I can allocate resources to what truly matters. Aaaaaaand here’s the thing, I am not saying I don’t buy anymore, because I do… a lot (for some) BUT everything now truly serves a purpose. We budget, we are mindful, and we truly appreciate every item that comes into our home.

4. Cleaning is easier now! Less stuff means less tidying and more free time. I can finally enjoy my space without the burden clutter 🥹

5. True happiness comes from within, not from material possessions. Focus on your passions, relationships, and

personal growth. That’s where the real fulfillment lies.

I no longer lie my worth on STUFF and how much we have

6. BONUS I learned to live more intentionally. I started to heal from burnout and constantly being on edge. I started to take control of my life, which then led to having more gratitude and contentment, which then ultimately led to breakthrough ✨

I do have to say the journey is NOT easy and I don’t think it’s meant to be easy 🥲 but I am here to help you in the best of my abilities 🥰

... Read moreIn recent years, decluttering has gained significant attention as a lifestyle choice, promoting minimalism and sustainability. Many people are now recognizing the importance of intentional living, where the focus shifts from material possessions to experiences and relationships. Research indicates that a simpler environment can enhance mental well-being, reduce stress, and improve focus. By decluttering your living space, you naturally create a calmer, more organized area that promotes productivity. Decluttering also encourages mindful consumption, pushing individuals to think critically about their purchases. Instead of accumulating items that may end up as waste, the practice fosters a sense of appreciation for the possessions we keep, ensuring each holds genuine value. Many people have reported experiencing increased financial savings as they prioritize quality items over quantity, leading to smarter spending habits. Moreover, this movement towards a more intentional lifestyle isn't just about cleaning up physical spaces. It's an invitation to declutter our minds as well, allowing for personal growth and deeper connections with others. By shedding unnecessary burdens, both material and emotional, we become more open to new opportunities and experiences, fostering gratitude and satisfaction in everyday life. If you're considering embarking on a decluttering journey, remember that it's not merely a trend—it's a profound shift towards better living. Embrace the process, and allow yourself to thrive in a space that truly reflects what matters most to you.

After years of highlights, I finally decided to prioritize my hair health.
Highlights looked beautiful, but the bleaching left my hair feeling dry and damaged. I also noticed that my gray hairs became more noticeable as my hair grew out. Going darker has made my hair look healthier, shinier, and much easier to maintain. Sometimes the best glow-up isn’t adding more—it’s
