High-Protein French Toast Breakfast 🍞💪

Ingredients
For the Protein French Toast:
• 2 slices of bread (thick cut works best)
• 2 eggs
• ¼ cup milk
• ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
• ½ teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla works best)
• 1 teaspoon butter (for cooking)
• Optional: syrup, fruit, or powdered sugar
For the Scrambled Eggs:
• 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoons milk
• ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• 1 teaspoon butter
How to Make It
Step 1: Make the French Toast Batter
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and protein powder until smooth.
Step 2: Soak the Bread
Dip each slice of bread into the mixture, making sure both sides are fully coated but not too soggy.
Step 3: Cook the French Toast

Step 4: Make the Scrambled Eggs
In another bowl, whisk the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Melt butter in a pan over low heat and pour in the eggs.

As the eggs begin to set, add the shredded mozzarella cheese and gently stir until the eggs are soft, creamy, and fully cooked.
