Recipe 1 cup
・ Maruchan noodle... 1 pack
・ Pork belly... 100g
・ Shiitake mushrooms... 2 pieces
· Enoki mushrooms... half pack

How to make
Cut shiitake mushrooms in half horizontally and slice thinly, and cut off the stones of enoki mushrooms and cut them into two equal parts.
Wash bamboo shoots lightly with water and drain
Finely chop the white onions and chop the green onions into small pieces

Put sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the pork belly until it changes color
Add doubanjiang, garlic and ginger and stir-fry over medium heat for 10 seconds to bring out the aroma
