Only OILS you should be COOKING with ⬇️
When it comes to the oil. 70% of Olive Oil alone is fake in the United States. Olive oil is supposed to be rich and strong in flavor not clear or light color and it’s not supposed to be mixed with anything but olive oil alone. Furthermore, when purchasing Oil for cooking it should be the following: All OILS need to be Cold Pressed, Glass bottle, they are the following 3: Grape Seed oil, Coconut oil, Olive oil. Any 3 of these are wonderful for cooking and the bottle HAS to read “Hexane Free” meaning: a toxic chemical solvent that's often used in industrial settings and household products like stain removers and craft paints. Hexane can be easily inhaled and cause long-term or permanent nerve damage.
WHY ANY OIL ESPECIALLY COOKING OUL: ((((((should never be in a plastic bottle.)))))))
We have them here in glass if you want to buy them in a glass bottle that is. I shop at ethnic food markets and international food stores. I also try to see which stores carry glass bottles if they are a bigger company. Make sure to read your labels always. Back in the old days, everything was in a glass bottle. (Now they mass produce everything in plastic and aluminum cans⬅️ this is very dangerous for our bodies)
If it is in a plastic bottle make sure it states Hexane free. If it doesn’t then don’t buy it.
If it does say Hexane-free, buy it only if you do not have an option: then ➡️ transfer it to a different bottle that is glass or something similar to glass. I have a porcelain-type-looking bottle where I can put oil in it without having to worry about the toxic chemicals from the plastic bottles.
Plastic bottles over time produce bacteria 🦠 in them as well. This is why you must never Buy Plastic bottles of any kind even when it comes to water and more.
The plastic bottles produce bacteria, and irregularities in male and female hormones which are done on purpose (it has been tested on frogs and the frogs ended up changing their behavior from male to female.)
When the plastic bottle (heats up) it releases toxic chemicals, bacteria, irregularities male and female hormones and so much more. There’s so much more to it.
Keep all of this in mind.

When it comes to cooking oils, quality matters significantly for your health. Many cooking oils in the market are not pure and can have detrimental effects on your body's health. It's essential to look for cold-pressed oils, as they retain more nutrients compared to those that have undergone refining processes. Cold-pressed oils include coconut oil, olive oil, and grape seed oil, all of which are excellent choices for cooking. In addition to selecting the right type of oil, the packaging is equally crucial. Always opt for oils packaged in glass bottles to avoid the risk of harmful chemicals leaching from plastic containers. Plastic can react with heat and cause unwanted toxins that compromise your health over time. Glass containers not only preserve oil quality better but also prevent the growth of bacteria, which can occur in plastic over time. Moreover, when shopping for cooking oils, look for labels that state "Hexane-Free" to ensure no harmful solvents were used during the extraction process. Hexane is a chemical solvent used to extract oil that can pose various health risks if inhaled or ingested. By choosings oils that are hexane-free and packaged in glass, you significantly reduce your exposure to potential toxins. Furthermore, recent studies have raised concerns about the impact of plastic on hormones, revealing that certain chemicals in plastic can disrupt endocrine systems and cause hormonal imbalances. This is especially alarming given studies showing behavioral changes in animals due to these disruptions. By making informed choices about your cooking oils, you can enhance your cooking experience and support better health. In conclusion, prioritize your health by selecting high-quality cooking oils in proper packaging. This small change can make a big difference in your cooking practices and overall well-being.
