It’s time to ditch that assisted pull-up machine!! While it’s great for beginners and isolating, those back muscles, it doesn’t challenge or stimulate what a real pull up would feel like 🔥 try banded pull-ups instead! You can even progressively over on them by using different resistance bands ✨ p.s
