Raw Materials
2 cups of versatile wheat flour
3 / 4 cup warm water
1 tablespoon sugar
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oil
How to do
Mix everything together. Massage until the dough is smooth.
1 hour dough rest. Spread a thin layer of dough.
Fry on the pan, add a little oil until crispy yellow.
