A customer who received my coaching service won 3rd place in the Osaka Qualifying Rookie Physique Category of the Summer Style Awards!
Even though the moving shop of the main business is busy, it is very wonderful to see that I am doing what I can do by myself without making any excuses, and I myself got a lot of energy.
When I didn't have a big mirror at home and came back with a big mirror from my workplace just to practice posing, I was shocked because it was too unconventional. It was truly lol
I got permission from my workplace and took it home.
After that, there was an accident that I injured my shoulder in the middle of losing weight, but I was able to do what I should do even though I was depressed, and I could only say that it was too much.
Even after work was finished late at night, training and posing practice were also done, and I was able to overcome my appetite by devising my own way about meals. Seeing that I decided to do it even in a hard environment, I thought that I wanted to improve my training knowledge and mental management more so that I could provide the best service.
