1. Fiber!!! Track your fiber for a couple of days and you may be shocked to find you are eating no where near enough! Goal: 20-30g of fiber per day! Fiber is key when in a deficit as high fiber foods help keep you full for longer. 2. I am someone who HATES being in a deficit. My body loves to eat
