1. 3 Hard boiled eggs with everything seasoning or Italian seasoning! +hummus
2. Greek yogurt, Pb powder and a few choc chips!
3. High protein bread and peanut butter
4. Home made high protein tortilla wrap cut into triangles and air fried or pan fried with Evo spray + side of home made guacamole with feta!
5. High protein pudding made with sugar free pudding packet and Greek yogurt. Top with fruit. Get creative with flavors! They have cheesecake, choc, vanilla!
6. Cottage cheese with fruit and yogurt
