🍳 How I Made It
Cook bulgur wheat according to package, let cool completely.
Finely chop fresh parsley and dice tomatoes small.
Mix bulgur, parsley and tomatoes together in a bowl.
Drizzle generously with olive oil and fresh lemon juice.
Season with salt & pepper and toss until well combined.
Chill in fridge for 30 mins and serve cold! 🌿
