I’ve been making these roasted veggies every week
I’ve been trying to make veggies less boring and these have been on repeat lately.
The lemon at the end makes such a difference.
pro tip: add parmesan, balsamic glaze, or serve over rice or pasta. You can add whatever veggies you like and follow this recipe.
🌿 ingredients
* asparagus
* tomatoes
* olive oil
* salt + pepper
* garlic powder
* fresh lemon
👩🍳 how I made it
* toss asparagus and tomatoes with olive oil + seasoning
* spread on baking sheet
* roast at 425°F for 20–25 mins
* squeeze fresh lemon over top before serving
