3. Cut out the hard part from the top of the tomato.
4. Quarter your tomatoes and place onto a baking sheet covered in olive oil.
5. Season tomatoes with salt, pepper, garlic Powder, Onion powder, and smoked paprika.
6. Turn over your tomatoes so the skin is facing up so it can blister.
7. Add your onions I used 1 large yellow onion.
8. Cut the tops off of 3 small garlic heads or you can use 2 large ones.
9. Place garlic in foil and cover in olive oil, salt and pepper.
10. Add to baking sheet and sprinkle basil and add a little bit of balsamic glaze.
11. Put in oven for 40 minutes.
12. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
13. Add chicken broth if it is too thick.
14. Add it into a pot on low heat until ready to cook.
