High Protein Pasta
I made a High protein Pasta. I used a whole onion and ground beef (93% Lean and 7 fat. Salt to taste) for two separate pastas for meal prepping. I used mushrooms (salt to taste) for only one of them. I used a tablespoon of garlic cooked it till I got a bit of color with a tablespoon of avocado oil. Once I got some color I added cooking white wine just a 1/4 cup.. I reduced it down. Then added the Carbone marinara sauce and added some pasta water inside the jar to get all of the sauce. Add salt to taste. You can add butter if you would like. I would say add 2-3 tbsp. I added the meat, onions back in. I forgot to mention I did cook the pasta while I was making the sauce. Once it’s all cooked add your pasta to the sauce and mix it together. Then plate it and enjoy.. you can also add parm on top. #proteinpastarecipes #highproteinpasta #proteinpasta #healthylifestyle #healthyrecipes
