🍝 7oz Banza chickpea pasta

🍝 1/2C Good Culture low fat cottage cheese, whipped

🍝 3oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated

🍝 2-3 slices bacon (optional)

DIRECTIONS

1. Add pasta to pot and just cover with water. Add a bit of salt and bring to a boil.

2. Cook for 6-10 mins (for desired texture)

3. Add cottage cheese & cheddar cheese, lower the heat and cook until a nice sauce forms.

TIPS

*add garlic salt, pepper, italian seasoning, or any of your fav others

*diced prosciutto is a nice option instead of bacon
