No iodine Day 6
Our day 6 is still free from iodine. 😆💪
Today is the mode. Prepare yourself. Eat yourself. Be comfortable.
The first meal was a neighborhood.
Baked / steamed pig's breast (a little dry, but okay)
Eat with cucumber. Fresh vegetables. 🥒🥬
Have a dipping sauce, do it yourself but accidentally salted a little hahaha
A little beautiful rice, enough to disappear. 🍚
End with oatmilk chocolate. A little glass. Feel, reward yourself. 🤎🥛
When it falls... 😂
Arrange very freshly boiled noodles, but the control is very dark.
No cooking, no filling, no water.
Choose to eat only enough lines, meat, vegetables.
There's a double sip of tomato juice. 🍅✨
Admit that abstaining from iodine is fussy.
But as we keep going, we'll get better at ourselves.
Choose to be in control and not as stressed. 🤍
