Golden Week meals, thinking and making Housewives, househusbands are hard ~ 😭
Today's lunch at my house is tempura udon.
We had a crispy udon noodle from Aichi Prefecture, which we received from our neighbor, topped with tempura 😋
Dashi is very easy 💕
Put white soup stock, bonito, soy sauce and mirin in a pot and boil.
Please add seasoning to taste 👍
