Day 8 of 100 – Me vs Me: Becoming a Runner
My alarm went off at 5:30am and… yeah, no.
The weather was a little too chilly for my taste, so I stayed cozy in bed a bit longer and decided to work from home (thank you, flexibility). That way, I could squeeze my run in during my lunch break.
And I did it!
Still a bit cool and windy, but honestly, it made the run feel refreshing. It’s wild how a little breeze can turn a mid-day run into a mini reset.
To close out the day, I spent 25 minutes doing a deep yoga stretch—because my left hip? She’s screaming after 8 days of movement. Stretching is a non-negotiable at this point.
Small wins. Consistent moves.
