Quick and Easy High Protein Meal for Kids

When I say quick, I mean 5 to 10 minutes quick. This yogurt bowl is healthy, packed with protein and most importantly, your kids will actually eat it.

I made this for my 8-year-old football player and realized it was HUGE. Next time I’ll probably skip the bagel or cut the portion in half, but it’s super easy to adjust based on your kid’s appetite.

✔️ Honey + cinnamon

✔️ Ghirardelli chocolate chips for fun

Remember, this is totally customizable! You can add, skip or sub any ingredient!
