No bake 🥜PB&J 🍇 energy bites!

These are great for your busy days,

When the sweet tooth hits,

And something the kiddos will love too!

Remember, cutting out your favorite foods isn’t ideal for sustainable fat loss / weight loss. Simple swaps (working to make them higher protein or swapping ingredients ) can make your fav sweet treats more blood sugar friendly which aides in reduced hunger & better results!

🔽Ingredients🔽

😋1 cup peanut butter

😋2 scoops Salted Peanut butter powder (in my b!0 or DM me for the 🔗 directly. The one I use I mixes super well, doesn’t cause bloat or upset stomach, and isn’t chalky!)

😋⅓ cup honey

😋1 cup oats

😋1 tbsp chia seeds

😋 1/4 cup jelly/ jam of your choice (I used strawberry jam from the locals farmer market)

DIRECTIONS:

* Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper

* Mix all ingredients (except jelly) together in a bowl.

* Mix well. If too dry, add little more honey, if too sticky, add more oats

* Using a cookie scooper drop balls onto prepared baking sheet

* Flatten middle of each ball and add 1/2 tsp jelly/jam

* Fold edges back over and finesse back into a ball

* Chill in fridge for 20min

Keep stored in fridge for up to 1 week, or in a freezer safe container for 1-2 months
