Homemade strawberry ice cream 🍨

You'll need:

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup whole milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups fresh strawberries

½-¾ cup sugar (to taste)

Freeze your KitchenAid bowl for at least 24 hrs!

Blend strawberries + sugar until smooth (blender or immersion blender).

In a bowl, whisk cream, milk & vanilla. Stir in strawberry purée.

Pour into ice cream maker & churn 20-25 mins until soft serve texture.

Transfer to a container - enjoy right away as soft serve or freeze 2-4 hrs for scoopable strawberry ice cream.
