Martha White mini muffins! š§
We made six packages all together. Two blueberry, two wild berry and two birthday cake.
Prepare according to package directions and bake for only 5-7 minutes if using mini muffin tins. These are so much better and cheaper than the prepackaged muffins and they go super fast in my household. Kids love helping make them as well. We got 32 baggies (5 muffins in each)
They can be refrigerated/frozen and taken out to thaw overnight. Perfect for on the go breakfast or snacks.

One of my favorite tricks when using Martha White muffin mixes is to add Greek yogurt to the batter. It gives the mini muffins a moist, tender crumb while packing in extra protein, making them a bit healthier without sacrificing flavor. If you're looking for gluten-free or dairy-free options, some varieties of Martha White muffin mixes accommodate that, or you can substitute ingredients like almond milk. When preparing wildberry muffins, I like to add a sprinkle of cinnamon or a handful of chopped nuts for added texture and warmth. The birthday cake muffin mix is so versatileāit doubles as a fun dessert base or a special breakfast treat, especially when paired with fresh fruit or a dollop of yogurt. A useful tip is to freeze your muffins in small baggies, five to six per bag, so you can grab them quickly when you're heading out. They thaw perfectly overnight in the fridge. Also, don't worry about refrigeration if you're consuming them within a few days; stored in an airtight container, these muffins stay fresh and tasty. For those interested in protein-enriched versions, adding protein powder to the mix works well. Just reduce other dry ingredients slightly to maintain the right batter consistency. Overall, Martha White mini muffins are not only delightful and customizable but also a practical snack option that keeps my busy mornings and afternoon cravings sorted.

Do you ever use mini muffin liners? Do you bake at the temp on the package for your recommended 5-7 minutes? Or do you have a different oven temp recommendation?
