Crispy Pork Tacos
Ingredients
• 2–3 cups leftover shredded pork
• ½ small white onion, diced
• 1 small can green chiles
• Neutral oil
• Salt + pepper or taco seasoning
• Corn tortillas (3–6 tacos)
• ½–1 cup Cacique Oaxaca cheese
• ¼ cup Cacique Crema Mexicana
• ¼ bunch cilantro (for crema + topping)
• Lime wedges
• Salsa of choice
• ½ cup white onion, finely diced
• Cilantro, chopped
Directions
1. Crisp shredded pork in a hot pan with oil.
2. Add diced onion + green chiles; cook until soft and fragrant.
3. Season to taste.
4. In the same pan, add 3 corn tortillas.
5. Add Cacique Oaxaca cheese to each tortilla, top with pork mixture.
6. Fold and fry until golden and crispy on both sides.
7. Blend crema: Cacique Crema Mexicana + cilantro + lime + salt.
8. Drizzle tacos and finish with cilantro–onion + salsa.
