Easy No Knead Bread Recipe

No mixer. No kneading. No stress. 🙌 This No Knead Bread has the crispiest golden crust and a soft, chewy center—just like artisan bakery bread, but made right at home!

What You Need:

✅ 3 cups all-purpose flour

✅ 2 teaspoons coarse sea salt

✅ ½ teaspoon active dry yeast (or instant yeast)

✅ 1 ½ cups warm water (about 110°F)

Instructions:

1️⃣ In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, and yeast. Stir in warm water until combined (dough will be sticky). Cover and let rise 3–4 hours at room temp, or refrigerate up to 15 hours.

2️⃣ Scoop dough onto a floured surface and shape into a ball. Place on parchment paper, lightly dust with flour, cover, and rest 30 minutes.

3️⃣ Place an empty Dutch oven (with lid) in the oven and preheat to 450°F.

4️⃣ Carefully lift the parchment with dough and place into the hot pot. Cover and bake 30 minutes.

5️⃣ Remove lid and bake another 15 minutes, until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
