Normally I love cooking, experimenting, baking, anything really that keeps me in the kitchen.

But I’ve been in a slump lately, trying to enjoy time with my kids while making a bunch of videos has felt like it’s stretched me thin.

Tacos are a good quick meal though, tossing the meat on a pan to sear and warm up some tortillas and bam dinner is done in no time.
