Coffee bean paste spread 💗 rice flour 💗 gluten-free ☕ healthy recipes
After a long time, I boiled anko with azuki beans and medium zara sugar 😊
I arranged a little and made a coffee bean paste spread to accompany the bread.
The aroma and bitterness of the coffee added to the bean paste and it was very delicious ♡
This time I used homemade bean paste, but I think that the looseness and sweetness of each commercial bean paste are different, so please use the amount as a guide.
Please adjust the sweetness and bitterness of coffee little by little while tasting 😊
Material
● Grain bean paste 260 g
● Unregulated soy milk 200cc
● Drip coffee 200cc
● 4 teaspoons of instant coffee
● Sugar tablespoon 4
1 teaspoon lemon juice
● 1 pack of drip coffee grounds
● Rice flour tablespoon 2
How to make
① Add bean paste, soy milk, drip coffee liquid and coffee grounds to a pot and heat over medium heat while mixing with a rubber spatula.
Add lemon juice and add sugar and instant coffee little by little to taste.

Azuki beans are rich in dietary fiber.
It is also good for intestinal activity 😊
Azuki beans are said to have the power to ward off evil from ancient times ✨
You might be able to get rid of evil in the morning 😊
I think that the sweetness of the bean paste and the bitterness of the coffee complement each other and it is a very good combination 😊
