💚KEY LIME PIE CHEESECAKE 💚

Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs

- 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, melted

- 1/4 cup (50g) sugar

- 4 (8 oz; 227g each) packages cream cheese, softened

- 1 cup (200g) sugar

- 3 large eggs

- 1/2 cup (120ml) sour cream

- 1/4 cup (60ml) fresh lime juice

- Zest of 2 limes

- Whipped cream for topping (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).

2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.

3. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

6. Stir in sour cream, lime juice, and lime zest.

7. Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top.

8. Bake for 55-60 minutes until set. Let cool.

9. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

10. Top with whipped cream if desired.

Notes:

You can add more lime zest for extra zestiness.

Serve with lime slices for a decorative touch.
