Glazed Orange Loaf Cake

Glazed Orange Loaf Cake -

Ingredients:

Bread-

1 1/2 cups flour

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

Pinch salt

2/3 cup sugar

1/2 cup oil

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp orange zest

1/2 cup orange juice

Glaze-

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp orange zest

1 tbsp orange juice

Instructions:

Bread-

Preheat oven to 350° F

Line a 9" x 5" loaf pan with parchment paper

Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and set aside

Mix together sugar, oil and eggs until combined

Stir in vanilla and orange zest

Stir in the flour mixture than the orange juice

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan

Bake about 40 min, until toothpick comes out clean

Let cool in pan 10 minutes, then move to rack to cool

Glaze-

Stir together ingredients

Drizzle over cooled loaf
