Stir-fried minced pork and vermicelli with oyster
[Materials (for 2 people)]
Minced pork: 120g
Vermicelli: 30 g
Leek: 1 / 2 bunch
Shimeji: 1 pack (100g)
Minced garlic: 1 / 2 tsp
Sesame oil: 1 tsp
A (sake, oyster sauce, soy sauce: 1 tablespoon each / sugar: 1 teaspoon / water: 150ml)
[How to make]
① Preparation
Cut off the base of the leek and cut it into 3cm widths. Cut off the base of the shimeji mushrooms and loosen them by hand.
② Fry the ingredients
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and add minced pork and grated garlic. Stir-fry over medium heat until the meat is loosened, then add shimeji mushrooms and stir-fry until the oil is all over.
③ Stew
